“I was a nervous renovator because of timing and budget - I got this project started right in time for the Holidays... Well, not only did CornerStone deliver on timing, they came in on budget and did an amazing job. My kitchen came out exactly as I had dreamed.”

“We could not be more pleased with the process and the results made possible by CornerStone. The staff have been great communicators: answering calls and questions 24/7, providing sound advice and direction and emailing photos to us on a regular basis since we couldn’t be there in person… There is nothing the staff at CornerStone wouldn’t have done for us to get the project done how we wanted and when we wanted.”

“CornerStone was great to work with. They were willing to accommodate everything we wanted to do on our project (expanding the ½ bath), but most impressively they were the exact opposite of what most contracting situations end up being. We could reach them whenever we wanted, they were very responsive, on-time and honest. There was one sub-contractor (plumber) who did not meet CornerStone’s high standards and those demanded by the project, so they were able to bring in a different one on very short notice, who did a great job. Despite our home being built 135 years ago, the project ended up not hitting the anticipated bumps in the road. When all was said and done, the project came in under the estimated amount, which was another very nice surprise.”

"Renovating a home in a historic district comes with extra challenges but Cornerstone has helped us every step of the way and are always one step ahead of things (e.g., lining up subcontractors, working on the permit process, scheduling inspections, etc.). They have made the renovation process stress-free and we look forward to more work together!"
